Are you an international in the Netherlands trying to figure out your next career step? Maybe you are looking for a job, thinking about changing direction, or exploring whether freelancing or starting something of your own could be a better route.
Whatever your situation, the question is often the same: what would actually move you forward now?
Get clear on your next step
This is a practical, interactive workshop to help you get clearer on where you are, what may be getting in the way, and what your next step could be.
We will start with a short scan of your current situation and then work with what is actually happening for you.
Your challenge might be finding the right jobs or employers, presenting your experience more clearly, building your network, understanding sponsorship options, or finding the right support.
Or the question may be bigger: should you keep following the same path, explore a different direction, consider freelancing or entrepreneurship, or speak to someone who can help you move forward?
Work on a real challenge
We will not just talk about possible next steps. During the workshop, you will choose one real issue and work on one practical action in the room.
That could mean:
- shortlisting relevant employers or opportunities
- improving part of your LinkedIn profile or positioning
- checking sponsorship or a specific career route
- finding a useful person, network or organisation
- drafting an outreach message
- exploring a freelance or entrepreneurship route
- turning an unclear idea into a concrete next step
Leave with concrete next steps
The aim is not to leave with more information. The aim is to leave with a clearer sense of what matters most now, one thing you have already moved forward during the session, and one or two concrete next steps.
Bring your questions and get to work
This is not a lecture. It is a working, interactive session built around the real situations in the room.
Bring your questions, your current situation, and a laptop or phone. You will work on something you can actually take forward.
