Through workshops, webinars, networking walks and online training, we help people develop their skills, meet others and take the next step in their careers. JobOn is a non-profit foundation focused on creating social impact.

JobOn is a platform where job seekers can sign up to become volunteer event managers. In this role, they gain valuable skills and knowledge while helping others on their journey to employment.

Talent program 

During the English version of the Talent Program our Talent Manger Lotte Langevoort will tell you all about being a volunteer / event manager at JobOn. The program consists of two sessions in which you will expand your network with other participants in the talent program and develop organizational and hosting skills. The sessions will help you to organize and create your own valuable workshops. 

Workshops

Our workshops help you take practical steps towards finding work in the Netherlands. Topics include applying for jobs, networking, using LinkedIn, discovering your talents, personal branding and understanding Dutch workplace culture. You can also join networking walks and informal meet-ups where you can connect with other jobseekers.

The workshops are practical, interactive and free to attend. We offer both online and in-person activities in English and Dutch.

E-learnings in English

In addition to our live workshops, we offer various e-learnings that you can follow on demand. These e-learnings are available in English! The only requirement is that you create an account on our platform. After that, you can log in and all the e-learnings will be accessible to you.
