Change in your work or life doesn't come from waiting for the right opportunity. By taking action and making steps, you discover the type of work you're seeking and how you want to add value. This doesn't have to be burdensome; it can be fun and interactive.
You ideal job
During the dream job game, join us in exploring what your ideal job is and what you can do to find it. Who did you want to be when you were little? What does your dream job look like? Who could help you take the first step toward your dream job? We'll use the group's knowledge and embark on an expedition together to find the questions and answers you seek.
Why join?
We often start looking for a job very quickly, as if we always have to adapt, fit in, and follow rules that aren’t ours. In this rush, it’s easy to forget something important: we are on equal ground with employers. We also have our own strengths, values, and wishes — and our work should match them.
Before choosing a direction, it helps to pause for a moment and be honest with ourselves: What do I really want? What kind of work gives me energy? What fits my values and the kind of life I want?
Thinking about this alone can feel difficult — but it doesn’t have to. That’s why the Dream Job Game exists: a fun and interactive way to reconnect with what is truly important to you.
Join us!
After the plenary opening, you'll play the dream job game in a group of 3, 4, or 5 people. The game consists of 6 steps where you'll engage in conversation with other participants who want to discover what truly suits them. This way, you'll help each other move forward and simultaneously expand your network in the region. Will you join us?

As a newcomer and a job seeker it was overwhelming to come to a country and start all over again with no network or social support. Luckily, I found JobOn and it was a great deal of help for me - I got to organize a lot of events and establish new connections and got to be a part of a big supportive community.
