Challenges in the job search process

Searching for a job can feel overwhelming, especially when you face repeated rejections, unclear expectations, or moments of self-doubt. This workshop offers a supportive, structured, and collaborative space to explore these challenges using the Action Learning method: a practical approach that combines collective wisdom, focused reflection, and concrete action. The session is facilitated by professional coach Alex Martynov, with over 2,000 hours of professional coaching experience.

During this workshop, participants will:

• Reflect deeply on their own job-search challenges
• Broaden their perspective through others’ experiences
• Learn from real cases presented by peers
• Strengthen problem-solving skills through structured inquiry
• Define specific next steps tailored to their situation

Group Size & Participation

To ensure psychological safety, depth, and meaningful interaction:

• The workshop is limited to 6 participants
• During the session, participants will vote to select 4 cases to work through together

Ground Rules

• Experience-led: We work with real, current challenges, not theoretical scenarios
• Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays in the group
• Responsibility: Each case presenter owns their learning and defines their next steps
• No observers: Everyone actively participates

Whether you participate in the group session or your case is selected or not, every registrant receives a complimentary 60-minute 1-on-1 coaching session to explore their individual challenge in depth, facilitated by Anna Palamar, a coach currently completing an ICF-accredited coaching program.
