When something starts to shift
The work has stayed much the same, but your energy for it has shifted. Perhaps you're questioning whether this is simply a difficult period, a role you've outgrown, or a sign that something more needs to change. That deserves a proper look.
Two perspectives on your career
This session brings together two coaches with different professional backgrounds. One spent years working in technology before becoming a coach for people in tech careers. The other spent years in engineering and quality roles within international and regulated companies before building a coaching practice for internationals in the Netherlands.
Together, we'll explore one shared question: What does it mean when your career no longer fits who you are becoming?
