Building job search confidence

Confidence is key — whether you're applying for a job, attending an interview, building a new life in a new country and many other circumstances. We often need confidence to speak up, take initiative, and believe in our abilities especially during times of change and uncertainty.

What we will do during the session

This session is for anyone who feels a lack of confidence in certain areas of life. We’ll explore what confidence really is, where it comes from, what influences it, and how to strengthen it. I’ll share practical techniques and tools to help you build genuine self-confidence, so you can move forward with greater clarity, courage, and belief in yourself.

About the trainer

Before becoming a coach, I spent 5 years working in finance and 6 years in international IT sales. In between I spend nearly a year living in beautiful Thailand. This diverse background—including changes in countries, careers, and life directions—has given me a personal understanding of what it means to start over, adapt, and grow through change.

My coaching focuses on:
