Many international professionals are capable, experienced, and motivated. But when it comes to finding work in the Netherlands, something doesn’t always translate.

Applications don’t lead to interviews. Conversations don’t move forward. Feedback stays vague or doesn’t come at all.

This is what we call the visibility gap. It’s not about having more skills. It’s about how your experience is understood in a different context.

Following the previous session, we’re running this workshop again with a sharper focus on practical application and real examples.

This is not a lecture. We will actively work on your profile during the session.
